All OWLTOPUS pieces are handmade & slow made. Slight imperfections are part of the handmade charm that makes each piece unique. All items are inspected carefully to meet our standards. 

Shipping
All items are shipped using United States Postal Services (USPS) within 3 business days after purchase. If an item is a pre-order shipping details will be listed in the item description.
Once an item is shipped it is out of our hands. Please have patience with USPS especially during holiday time. It is not uncommon right now for items to not be immediately updated by USPS tracking, unfortunately. If you have any issues with your package please try to work with USPS first, & never hesitate to reach us by email info@owltopus.com

Returns
All sales are final. If something happens to your order upon arrival we ask that you please contact us by email info@owltopus.com with photos within 5 business days. We will work to resolve any issues with a refund or return if possible. 

Jewelry Findings & Metals
All jewelry post & hooks are selected for sensitive ears. We stainless steel metal base. Metal specifics will be listed in the description of our products. 

Cleaning & Care

Acrylic can be cleaned with a little warm water and soap, or something like a baby wipe. Using cleaners with alchol in them can cause damage to acrylic.

Polymer clay earrings can easily be cleaned with a cotton swab, water & soap. If soap & water does not work (especially on lighter clay like white) a little rubbing alcohol & q-tip should do the trick!
Polymer clay is lightweight & flexible, but should be handled with care. We suggest that you do not swim or shower while wearing our jewelry.
